1. Shipping & Logistics
All food supply orders are processed and shipped through our regional logistics hub managed by Sham Link Establishment in Saudi Arabia or via our global partners. Shipping terms (e.g., FOB, CIF) and estimated delivery times will be explicitly stated in your formal commercial contract or invoice.
2. Inspection upon Delivery
Due to the nature of food and perishable products, the buyer is strictly required to inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Any discrepancies, damage, or quality issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with official documentation and photographic proof.
3. Refunds and Returns
Approved Refunds: If a refund is approved by our team due to transit damage or non-compliance with order specifications, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Perishable Goods: Due to international health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on food products once delivery is completed, unless the product is proven to be damaged or defective prior to shipping.
